Follow-up
I have tried the followings with this method of cooking, the result is pretty good :
** Mix the rice with different ingredients (like, cabbage, minced pork, mushroom, ----- etc)
Importantly is ---- consistency in finishing without checking, stirring, spraying water.
I am able to control the softness simply by varying the amount of water during the pre-absorbtion.
** Using different container to steam the rice, I even use the Ice Cube mould. The result was fantastic.
